1. The Administrator stores the data for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the time specified in the applicable legal provisions in this respect and no longer than necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, i.e., among others, for the purpose of pursuing claims arising from the conducted business activity. For the purposes for which the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data, such data are stored until the consent is withdrawn.

The data subject has the right to request access to the content of their personal data from the administrator, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing in cases specified by law, as well as the right to transfer their data. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of unlawful processing of their personal data.
6. If the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes, he or she has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

After determining that the criteria are met, the IT system automatically sends information about the benefit granted, e.g. a discount. The benefit granted can be used on the terms specified in the information about its granting, or it can be waived. In the case of data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller, for the purposes of scientific, historical and statistical research, data subjects have the right to object, due to the special situation of the data subject. The Controller does not make a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and significantly affects the data subject. The Controller shall implement appropriate measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, and at least the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the Controller, to express one's own position and to challenge a decision resulting from automated data processing.
