Thank you for shopping at METINI . We care about the satisfaction of our customers and make every effort to ensure that the products we offer meet the highest standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you have the right to return the goods or receive a refund.

Exchange for another size or product
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or model, please follow the instructions below:
- Print Form_for_EXCHANGE.pdf
- Send the product to our address and after receiving the package we will send a new product at our expense. Please include a printed exchange form with your name, surname and information on what you want to exchange for.
- If the new product is more expensive than the original, we will ask you to pay the difference. You can do this using one of the following payment methods:

In the payment title, please enter: first name, last name and name of the product being exchanged.
Right to withdraw from the contract
You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Print Return_Form.pdf
- Please inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an e-mail to kontakt@metini.pl
- Return the product in its unaltered condition, in its original packaging, without any signs of use.
- Please include a printed return form with your name and surname from the order. If you paid cash on delivery, please write your bank account number on the piece of paper marked "RETURN".
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Payment refunds
Once we have received and verified the returned goods, we will refund your payment within 4 business days of receiving the shipment. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless we mutually agree on another solution.
Complaints
If you receive a defective product or one that does not comply with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint. To file a complaint:

- In the email, please attach photos of the faulty product and a description of the problem.
- According to the Civil Code, you have the right to: repair, replacement of the product, reduction of the price or withdrawal from the contract if the defect is significant.
We respond to complaints within 48 hours of their submission.
