Can I exchange the product after 14 days?
You have one month to exchange the product from the date you receive it.
Requirement: the product must be new, unused, odorless and in its original condition.
How quickly will I get my refund?
We transfer funds within 4 business days of receiving and checking the returned product.

- Chain breakage during normal use
- Broken clasp
- Falling gilding (natural wear of the coating)
Warranty terms
The warranty covers a one-time repair or replacement of the product.
Once the warranty is used for the first time, the product is no longer covered.
If we have the same model in stock, you'll receive an identical one. If not, we'll suggest a replacement.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Mechanical scratches on the chain and clasp
- Damage resulting from improper use
How to use the warranty?

- Include photos and a brief description of the problem
- We respond within 48 hours and propose a solution
When we ask you to return the product
- Download and print the warranty form.
- Complete the form and include it in the shipment along with the product.
- Include your order number and a short note describing the fault (a printout of the email is acceptable).
- Pack the product carefully to avoid further damage during transport.

What's next?
- After receiving the shipment, we will confirm acceptance of the warranty by email.
- We will process your case within 5 business days of receiving your parcel (usually sooner).
- Once the warranty is accepted, we will repair or replace as agreed.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Have you received a faulty, incorrect, or damaged product? Report it—we'll act quickly and without unnecessary formalities.
1. How to file a complaint?

- Include photos and a brief description of the problem (what happened, when the defect was noticed, order number).
- We respond within 48 hours with a proposed solution.
2. If the package arrived incorrectly or damaged
Please contact us if any of the following occur:
- You received a product that does not match your order
- There are missing items in the package
- The product was damaged during transport
Send photos and your order number - we will solve the matter without complications.
3. When we ask you to return the product
If we respond by email asking you to return the product (for repair or replacement), please follow these steps:
- Download and print the complaint form.
- Complete the form and attach it to the shipment along with the product you are complaining about.
- Include your order number and a short note describing the defect (a printout of the email is acceptable).
- Pack the product carefully to avoid further damage during transport.
